Pressure wash the surface
Remove dirt, oil and algae. Let the concrete dry fully (usually 24 hours).
Spray the first coat
Use a pump sprayer for even, full saturation.
Wet-on-wet second coat
Apply the second coat while the first is still wet for maximum penetration.
Let it cure
Avoid heavy traffic for 24 hours. Pet safe once cured.
